Acceptance
By using NoNo Nine, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the online features. You may continue to use locally available gameplay features where supported.
The service
NoNo Nine provides 6×6 and 9×9 Sudoku games, local game statistics, optional Google Play Games sign-in, guest access and public leaderboards. Features may be changed, improved, suspended or discontinued.
Accounts and guest profiles
You are responsible for access to your device and Google Play Games account. Do not impersonate another player or attempt to access another person's account. Guest profiles are tied to an app installation and may not be recoverable after removing the app or clearing its data.
Fair play
Leaderboard submissions must result from genuine play in the official NoNo Nine app. You may not manipulate the app, network traffic, timer, score calculation, authentication or leaderboard data. Automated submissions, duplicate submissions and implausible scores may be rejected or removed.
Games that use automatic notes are intentionally excluded from the leaderboard.
Public content
Your Play Games display name, avatar and game results may appear publicly on the leaderboard. You are responsible for ensuring that your public Play Games profile information is appropriate and does not infringe the rights of others.
Availability
The app and online services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage of scores, continued compatibility with every device or the absence of errors. Internet access and Google Play Games availability may be required for online features.
Intellectual property
NoNo Nine, its visual design, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose.
Third-party services
Google Play Games and other platform services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for interruptions, account decisions or changes made by third-party providers.
Suspension and removal
We may reject scores, remove leaderboard entries or restrict access to online features when reasonably necessary to address cheating, abuse, security risks or violations of these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoNo Nine is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means that the revised terms apply from their effective date.
